Ready to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find a little balance in the middle of a busy semester? Join us for a mindful experience combining a cacao ceremony with a gentle yoga flow 💙

☕ First, we connect with cacao

We'll begin with a warm cup of pure, ceremonial-grade cacao and a moment to pause. Rooted in traditions from Central and South America, a cacao ceremony invites us to set intentions, take a few mindful breaths, and be present in the moment. Cacao contains naturally occurring compounds that may gently support your mood and energy, offering a mindful alternative to your usual coffee break.

🧘 Then, we flow

After our cacao moment, we'll move into a calm, beginner-friendly yoga session. Expect gentle stretches, mindful movement, and space to release tension and reconnect with your body. No previous yoga experience is needed — all levels are welcome!

🎒 What to bring

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Whether you're completely new to yoga, curious about cacao ceremonies, or simply looking for a moment of calm, this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and recharge. All levels are welcome!
