ESN Bern - City Trip #2

Dear Erasmi,

We're thrilled to announce our next city trip! Next Saturday you can join us to visit the beautiful city of Lucerne!
On this trip you can join a boat tour on Lake Lucerne to experience the stunning view of the city itself and the mountains surrounding it. After that we'll visit the scenic Dreilindenpark and it's castle-like villa. In addition we'll join a city tour after which you'll have some time to explore the city a bit further on your own!

REGISTRATION: Will be opened on 29th of September at 18:00. You can get your ticket on Eventfrog!

WHERE: Bern Bahnhof (Meeting point: under the big display screen)

WHEN: Saturday, the 3rd of October. We'll meet at 08:30 in the morning and be back at around 20:00.

With GA: 
with ESNcard: 19 CHF
without ESNcard: 24 CHF

With Halbtax/ no train reduction/ night GA:
with ESNcard: 27 CHF
without ESNcard: 32 CHF

ESN card discount

The ticket options “with ESN card” are available at a special reduced price for holders of the ESN card. Please only purchase a ticket from this category if you own a valid ESN card or if you plan to buy one in the near future. You may buy a card from ESN Bern for 15.- CHF. It is valid for one year and will give you discounts at our activities. Note that the card needs to be filled with your personal information and that it will be checked at the beginning of each activity.

Participation in the ESN Bern program takes place at your own risk. The university and ESN Bern accept no liability for accidents that occur during ESN Bern activities. Adequate insurance cover is the responsibility of the participants.

You agree to allow ESN Bern to publish, copyright, and use pictures of yourself in print and electronic formats such as social media channels, publications, videos, and websites. You understand that you will not receive payment or other compensation for that. If you do not wish your pictures to be taken or published by ESN Bern - it is your responsibility to opt out and consequently inform the responsible event organisers before the event starts.

By participating in the ESN Bern activities you agree to behave according to the ESN Switzerland Code of Conduct. In particular, any form of racism, sexism, discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated. If you are the victim of, or witness such behavior, you are requested to report it to the event organizers or ESN Bern directly.

Refund policy

Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket for the same price to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions). Please note that selling tickets with a profit is forbidden.

Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
